We have visited this resort 6 times and have always been very happy especially with the staff. Adriana and Emma in the buffet are 2 of the best along with Sonya and Jenny. Their service is tops!! Our gal cleaning our room Tamara was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and well kept. Sadly for an All Inclusive this was disappointing and should be noted on the web site. No white wine was available for our 2 week stay. They offered sparkling wine until they ran out, then the red wine ran out. Only 1 day was there white wine. They did have “premium” wines available for purchase. Many people were disappointed especially those that may only drink wine like myself. (For us, All Inclusive not so much) Our servers were motified that they could not accommodate their customers. Seafood was lacking especially shrimp, lobster, and many types of fish that we have seen in the past. No salad dressing only an oil concoction they made. Breads were often stale especially croissants in the morning. We return because of the staff and the wonderful Cuban people, but may consider a change next year. Very disappointed this trip.

Nice Cuban 4 star resort. Staff a very helpful and always smiling. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beachfront is one of the best in the area.
