It Was quite poor really. We were accommodated in the building across the road from the main building and the renovations clearly haven’t reached said building. Very basic and outdated. The bathroom was dreadful - shower cubicle with one door and a shower curtain that doesn’t reach the floor, water flow from the shower was, on occasion, nearly a trickle - they need to get the pressure sorted out so each room can enjoy a comfortable shower. Very small shower space. You can barely turn around without almost knocking the shower screen off it’s track. On the first night I opened this door and the whole thing collapsed. Mould around the edges of the shower and the bathroom floor and a toilet flush that works intermittently. 5 euros paid for internet in the room - this didn’t work at all and had to tether to my phone. I will be getting a refund for this! We were lucky enough to have air con included as we were part of a large group booking but otherwise you have to pay for it - I think this is something that should always be included and it’s simply greedy to expect customers to pay extra for this function. It is so hot in the rooms that you wouldn’t be able to sleep - they know this and are cashing in on it. We were only given one key to the room (I believe you can have a second one for 50 euro - not sure if this is a fact.....) they certainly couldn’t provide a second key. This doesn’t really work when sharing and the two of you want to come and go a different times of the day and night. If there’s two people in a room then two keys should be provided. As you are only given one key we thought we would utilise reception and leave the key for the other one to collect. One night they decided to shut up shop and we had to ring the emergency number. We told that there was a fridge near the pool and the key had been left in there. Anyone can get into this fridge so the safety of your belongings is compromised when they decide to close down the reception for the night. Surely in a managed apartment block there should be a member of staff on duty at all times. With this is mind and the fact that there are chambermaids and other staff that have access to your room constantly we decided to use the safe. This is fine as long as you pay 10 euros per week (luckily we were only here for one) - something else I think should be included as standard as it is in most other establishments. They accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property from the room but make you pay if you take steps to safeguard your belongings. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and I imagine there are better places within the price range so shop around! We are moving to a villa for the second week. We were staying the full two weeks originally but decided we would like something a bit better and we cancelled the 2nd week.

Тихое место в 10 минутах ходьбы от побережья. В целом очень неплохо. Сложный процесс подключения к wi-fi ( ежедневные ваучеры !!!). Целый квест с электропитанием в номере и запуском кондиционера.

🏁 Score: [3/10] MY RECOMMENDATION: [Not Recommended] --- 🤠 MY EXPERIENCE: This place would be forgiven for not having quality facilities if it was cheap, but no, each guest pays an amount which equals a 3-4 star hotel room and the services received are limited: 1) the pillows and beds are the worst, after spending the first night sleeping on them, they caused sever back problems including the back of head. 2) low quality toilet and shower, the faucet is rusty as well as the shower. 3) extra charges on using the safe which is already inside the room? Maybe you should go one more step towards being cheap landlords. 4) a small swimming pool which may only work for people who would like to take a dip and get out only, not appropriate for swimming. 5) no blankets, only blanket covers? 6) not enough lighting inside the room Other than that the cats that live there are friendly, and the neighbourhood seemed safe (except for a few drifters near the residency), and the mall is a 5 mins walk from Crystallo apartments.
