On our fourth year to Turkey we decided to return to a 5 star all inclusive holiday, unfortunately we ended up with a 3 to 4 star and ate out more than we ate in!! The hotel was nice enough, clean rooms, two nice pools, varied entertainment and good location. The downside - although clean, the rooms are in desperate need of updating; broken tiles, an ancient TV and discoloured sealant in the shower. The food wasn't awful but it was rarely hot and was much the same every night, and for a 5 star all inclusive, there were very few drinks included and no cocktails as we had on previous years. While very helpful, and given that the majority of guests were british not many of the staff spoke English, including the reception staff. Would we go back there? - yes we would, but on a room only or bed and breakfast.

This is a great hotel, it’s set up in the mountains surrounded by forests, it’s 5 minutes walk from the busy town centre which will take care of all your shopping needs and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars. It is also only a 10 minute bus trip to the beach with regular buses. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel, the staff work very hard to keep it tidy at all times of the day, the food is great with a wide selection on offer, the pool is a good size with lots of sun, the only down side is that they no longer offer an all inclusive package meaning we have had to book with another hotel for next year which is very sad. The entertainment on offer is great ranging from bingo, live music, acrobatics and dance shows, the entertainment staff are very friendly and work tirelessly to ensure you have a good time, there is also a quiet area if you don’t wish to be disturbed and a shallow pool if you have young children. Susan on reception is absolutely great, and well, there’s bloody Errol as well. Lots of regulars which gives it a warm and welcoming environment, 2 holidays spent there and both have been great, if they go back to offering all inclusive then we will certainly book again. 5 star

This place is beautiful kept, great location, within walking distance of all the bars, shops and restaurants. There is always a good option of food on the menu, rooms well maintained, good standard are pretty spacious. Kiddies, adult only and main pool. There is also the choice of swim up pools, right at your own patio, loved this. As all inclusive goes, the choice of local alcohol is not to my liking, could have been better. Friendly staff, entertainment, could have been better, but you can't keep everyone happy. Local spa, massage therapy the works. Highly recommended this place. Then I love Hisaronu
