Отличный отель, я бы 20 балов поставила! Всем рекомендую. Номер, чистый, уютный, с видом на реку. Персонал настолько приветлив и дружелюбен, редко где можно встретить. Ресторан при отеле ,питание отличное. Мне все понравилось. По возможности вернулась бы ещё. Подача машины как часы. Водитель -Александр он и гид в том числе!!!!! В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности!!!! Пушка -лучший отель!!!!

Russia is not know for first class tourist service, but Puskka Inn is. The staff here gave me one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I travel for business around the world often and I know 5 star service. The staff here were immediately response to the confusing situation of having to book via at Peters line for the 72hr visa. They responded politely within 5-60min. The responses were in perfect English. This is a small boutique hotel. They helped me with the booking and visa and then helped another group I was traveling with. This was a boys only family trip. We arrived at the hotel early and tired from walking with luggage. The greeted us (they speak many languages) with a smile, offered us cold water and couches. While we were too early to check in they took our bags, got us on their WiFi, and even downloaded and explained 2 taxi apps! (There is no Uber). They gave us a map and pointed us to tourist sites. When we came Back the rooms were ready and magnificent! Very high ceilings and windows. We had a wonderful view. The bathrooms were newly redone and 5 star. They even had 5port usb outlet on the table for us to charge everything. They also helped us go to the restaurant next door which they were affiliated with. We had a wonderful meal there. Everyone was happy and sampled the Russian cuisine. Try to book here, they do not have many rooms. Again this was the best hotel experience I have had and the best staff anywhere in the world. Oh the WiFi was extremely fast so our pictures and movies all uploaded at 100meg/sec. The location was walking distance to many sites and 100m away is a bakery open early. Get snakes here before heading out for the day. Very safe area. Enjoy.

Perfect location, professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff 24/7. Room perfectly laid out and equipped. Totally quiet room and hotel. Could not have been better!
