I have not checked out yet but feel comfortable saying this is the best hotel experience in years. Staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. The indoor pool is fantastic for lap swimming and was empty in the morning. The sauna is hot and has three levels of seating. Mattresses are comfortable. Very happy with this hotel and highly recommend it. Location is great, walking distance to the heart of Kusadasi with lots of shops and restaurants, cafes . Supermarket across the road as well so everything is nearby. Plenty of parking in the underground car park.

The location of the Hotel was awesome. Just opposite the harbour, Yachts lined up, sea beach, lots of Cafes , shops . The service was great and staff was helpful . The breakfast choice was OK. I just want the steps going up to the Hotel Reception to be well lighted. It had dull blue light and was a bit dark. People (specially old or having eye problem) cannot see the stairs properly and might trip if they have cataract or glaucoma. Rest everything was too good. Rooms are spacious and lots of amenities given. A nice balcony too.

My mum and I had a 2 night stay at Double Tree in Kusadasi. The experience was terrible. Badly managed and staff were not well trained.
- the key cards and the slot next to the door didn’t work properly. Every time we re-entered the room, the lights would not work because of the card issue. We had to call staff twice. The technical manager Amket was rude and refuse to acknowledge problem.
- wifi didn’t work properly right away, my mum had to go to reception next morning and they tested our wifi which wasn’t working so they gave her a new access code. Staff also mentioned other guests have problems with their key cards.
- found used cigarette on the balcony
- the blind was stuck in the end corner and took some yanking to get this to work
- coffee machine at breakfast wasn’t working. No one even bothered to put up a sign. The staff just let the queue form.
- front manager called to apologise next day regarding key cards and if we wanted alcohol. We asked for fruits and pastries instead, he agreed but no one brought anything. We had to ask again. After asking, only fruits were brought, no pastries. Staff said they will check and never came back.
- got a note on second evening about water interruption around 1am. We had to wake up at 3am, mum tested water and there was no hot water, only after running the water for 15 minutes, the water was slightly warm.
- staff seem not well trained, at check-in didn’t give info about wifi and gym opening times up front. Have to ask ourselves.
We had to leave at 3.45am for the airport but would like a refund please as this was a terrible experience and improvements are strongly needed. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
