For a pocket friendly option the hotel does pretty well. Rooms are clean, bedsheets would need a bit more attention. Air conditioned rooms with refrigerators (which need some maintenance) Clean western washrooms. If you use toilet paper then you'll have to bring one with you. In-house food options available. I tried poha from their menu it was nice. You might want to check with them about the spicy level if you can't take the heat. Location wise the hotel is at a walking distance from Baga Beach so that's a huge advantage that you have such a pocket friendly hotel available nearby to a beach which saves you a lot of money that you'll be spending on cabs which are not so pocket friendly.

Nice place to stay near Tito's lane. Shubham and the other odiya guy is just awesome, they planned our dudhsagar falls trip and gave other tips about the place. Their restaurant food is also good, if goa food doesnot go well with you. Only -ve experience I will say is please change the bedsheets, pillows and pillow covers.
