Big hotel in Legian area. I stayed there in the situation pandemic covid-19, the service is quite good ! The receptionist deliver great service with great safety protocol of hygiene. The room is super clean with the new protocol of hygiene and also the hotel maintenance still good. The food quality with protocol hygiene is really great. The rooftop pool is awesome....

Маленькие номера и нет полок чтобы положить вещи. Также нет возможности повесить вещи для сушки, поэтому постоянно всё сырое. Нельзя проносить мангустины.

My favorite hotel in this area..the room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Good service from receptionist and quick check-in. The breakfast is very good and I love very much the Indonesian food. Great maintenance on the pool, room and fitness area which make this hotel is still exist and sustainable. The Balinese massage is very good and cheap. I left my phone charger in the room when I left the hotel, and the receptionist is very kind to find it then return to me by using courier service. The man at the reception organized it very well...Thanks a whole bunch !!
