Best hotel in nusa dua. Nice, tidy, clean, and well service. You will get welcome drink here. 15 minutes walking from here to nusa dua beach. Worth to have an accomodation here!

My partner & I stayed here for 4 days/4nights. The room and common areas looked and could be used as described. What surprised me the most was their customer service. We got ripped off changing money at the local money changer and felt quite hopeless as we thought we had done everything right. The staff were so kind and sympathized and escalated things quietly to the GM. Before we knew it the Duty Manager came with us to the dodgy Money changers and calmly sorted out and made sense of the exchanges we had had with them. He translated what was said to us afterwards for our own understanding. Within 10 mins we had recovered our 170$ back and felt much better about our day and our impressions of the area and our itinerary was once again on track. Thank you so much Ion Bali Benoa for going above and beyond for a couple of inexperienced Bali tourists. We are forever Grateful :) :) Overall I would recommend it for: -Warm, caring staff -Great Breaky Buffet -Great accommodating service & attitude -inexpensive accommodation -Plenty of info and trip coordination abilities -Responsibility to the public

Overall good hotel. Towels had stains but smells clean. Airconditioning broke for 1 day. The minibar fridge was not cold at all and staff didn't fix it even though we asked. However, for a budget hotel we thought it was good.
