This place was so so so nice! The 24hr restraunt was great for a feed after a big night of drinking, the food was super cheap and yet so good! The breakfast buffet was fantastic each morning, made it worthwhile getting up early each morning. The vibe throughout the resort was so relaxed, the pools were kept clean, the room we had was spotless and the whole experience from start to finish made for a very relaxing holiday

There was a problem with bedbugs. When I contacted the front desk about it, they didn't seem to believe me. Fortunately, I took a photograph to show them. They sent a man from housekeeping who didn't seem to understand how to deal with it. He thought all he needed to do was change the bedding. When I informed him that the bugs don't just live in the bedding, but in the furniture, mattress, etc., and that it is something they would need to spray, he said they could spray everything then I could sleep in the room after. I assured him that that wasn't going to happen. I was finally moved to another room and changed hotels as soon as my contract with Wina concluded a few days later.
