Worst customer service i have experienced. Had to cancel booking due to Covid-19, went through a booking website with free cancellation. The hotel then tried to tell me that it is not free cancellation and told me they would take my money. With the help of the booking website they were told to refund. C/Card details changed but they refused to send the refund to another account(apparently they cant change details) but over a 7 week period and more help from the website they finally caved. They ignored my emails for weeks and were rude in their replies. Looking at their recent reviews, it looks like I'm lucky we didn't go as the hotel sounds horrible. Very poor customer service and refusal of refund
