The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city. Rooms are renovated, clean and chic. The bar/restaurant has very good food all day long with a cool atmosphere. The team is very helpful, willing and nice

We arrived in the late morning so our room was not ready. We came back at two and we were informed we received discounts on amenities at the hotel. The receptionist was nice and gave us information regarding the area. The room was lovely and clean. We had a problem with the heat in our room but was informed, it was user error. Flippa was so understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. I even had enough time to get a massage. The facilities were too notch and my masseuse was awesome. I definitely recommend Colors Urban Hotel. had dinner at the Garden Cafe which was packed but they were able to accommodate me. The food was decent. I definitely would recommend Colors Urban Hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
